To fulfill the tasks set by Mr. Aliyev on transition to e-government, to improve the quality of services provided by the Council, to ensure maximum transparency, to introduce a flexible and efficient management system, we created the SALIS program, which includes 20 electronic services that meet the highest standards, installed by ASAN. A. Guliyev also noted that SALIS is a successful model of an important innovation that serves all of society. The process of signing a contract is very easy to use and has been simplified.
According to the Chairman of the Council, other components of the project were also converted to electronic form. Control, monitoring, appeals, reporting, project acceptance and management are almost universal. It was also noted that grant contracts were made available to the Ministry of Justice in electronic form, and thus NGOs receive notices in electronic form without resorting to the Council.
