Financial Statement Forms approved by the Decree 201 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 25, 2009 have been placed in the websites of the Council as assistance to NGOs in preparing their financial statements. All NGOs should state financial operations in 2009 and submit the statements to the Ministry of Finances. NGOs are not required to submit in person however they are advised sign, seal, put forms in envelope written above “Department of Accounting Policy” and submit to the General Post of the Ministry of Finances. Regional NGOs can send statements by post to the Ministry of Finances.
