A great revival has been observed in the life of the country’s NGOs as a result of the establishment of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The projects implemented with the Council’s financial support are accompanied by the significant data flow on the issues of the pressing social needs.
